- Swedish Massage: Available in 60 or 90 minute massage
A Swedish massage for full body relaxation. This massage relieves muscle tension and stimulates circulation. Paired with hot towels and aromatherapy it is a perfect escape leaving you feeling pampered and rejuvenated.
- Region- Specific Massage: Available in 30 or 60 minute massage
A region-specific massage is useful for injury recovery or areas prone to constant stress. The massage will be focused on the area of concern using a variety of techniques to relieve muscle tension. Typically a series of appointments and at home stretching will be recommended to receive maximum results.
- Sports Massage: Available in 30, 60, or 90 minute massage
Sports massage is specifically designed for people who tend to live an active lifestyle. The massage techniques used are unlike those you’d find in a Swedish massage. They are quick, invigorating, and paired with the use of facilitated stretching. The focus isn’t on relaxation but on preventing and treating injury, enhancing athletic performance and increasing flexibility.
- Pregnancy Massage: Available in 30, 60, or 90 minute massage
Also called prenatal massage, pregnancy massage is becoming increasingly popular with expectant mothers. Massage Therapists’ at Creekside Chiropractic and Rehabilitation are certified in pregnancy massage and know the proper way to position and support the woman’s body using pillows and sideline technique. As well as customizing techniques for each pregnancy. It is used to reduce stress, decrease swelling, relieve aches and pains, and reduce anxiety.
- Deep Tissue Massage: Additional $10 to any service
Enjoy a very deep/firm pressure, muscle- specific massage. This therapeutic massage is designed to target problem areas and release all knots in your muscles, thus relieving tension and pain from your body.
- Hot Stone Massage: Available for 60 or 90 minute massage, $15 additional*
The use of smooth, heated stones will create a deep heat to relax all the muscles which will let the therapist reach the deeper muscle layers for relief. Recommended in particular for individuals suffering from fibromyalgia, arthritis or other chronic pain. The penetrating effects of the heated stones allows the massage to be delivered without excessive pressure if preferred. Infused with your favorite aromatherapy sent will get you to the next level of relaxation and tension relief.
- Post Massage Relaxation : Additional $10 to any service*
Enjoy an extra ten minutes to stay and relax with additional; HEAT - Great for clients in chronic pain who aren't quite ready to get off the table, or ICE - Recommended for acute (inflamed) injuries to reduce swelling and promote healing.
