Virtual Fitness Membership: Virtual Workouts, Exercise classes

Here at Creekside Performance Center, we offer our patients a wide variety of ways to stay healthy and active.  Our virtual classes are instructed by our very own fitness professional, Charity Wolf.  For just $60/month, you are able to take part in these classes and get one step closer to reaching your goals.  If you'd like to preview a class for free before purchasing the package, scroll down to view previously recorded classes. 

Here are just a few benefits of taking part in virtual fitness classes:

-You don't have to wear a mask while working out

*NEW for 2021, an add-on or stand-alone virtual yoga class package for just $10/month.  We will feature our 60 minute FitFlow format each Saturday at 9:00am, with the option to join LIVE, or complete it at your own convenience.  This can be purchased in addition to the weekly class schedule listed above, or ala carte.

Fitkits Available For Purchase

To get the most out of your virtual workouts, it is highly recommended that the following equipment is purchased: Yoga mat, Set of light dumbbells (2 to 4 Lbs), Set of medium to heavy dumbbells (8+ Lbs), Mini-band, Glider discs, and Jump rope.  For your convenience, we have assembled "Charity's at-home FitKits" that are available for purchase and can be picked up at our location, or delivered to you within a 50 mile radius.  These are perfect to purchase for yourself, or as a gift to get a loved one started on the right track towards better health.

Virtual Fitness Class Menu

Butts & Guts: 

A 55 minute workout that brings the focus to the glutes & abdominals. Exercises focus on single and pulsing movements in order to get the most out of the muscle!  You’re sure to love this format...and feel it tomorrow!

Cardio Kickboxing: 

A 55 minute workout that incorporates traditional kickboxing movement like punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and more!  Learn about stances, visual targets, aiming points, guards, and blocks in this high-energy, music-driven workout. Work through short combinations to challenge your heart rate as well as your coordination.  No previous kickbox experience necessary.

Cardio Kickboxing Express: 

A 30 minute version of your favorite Cardio Kickboxing class!

Cardio Mash-Up: 

A 55 minute workout that combines 3 of your favorite class formats: Cardio Kickboxing, Cardio Sculpt, and Cardio Tabatas.  After warming up, enjoy 10-15 minutes of each format, followed by a cooldown and stretch.  An opportunity to step out of your comfort zone and get FIT, FAST!

Cardio RepUp: 

This workout will have you REVVED UP! Small bouts of low impact cardio exercise will be followed by a HIIT movement, progressively increasing in repetitions, until your maximum effort is achieved. This cardio-intense workout is both fun and challenging. Lower impact and lower intensity modifications will be shown to allow for all fitness levels to participate. Let’s REP UP!

Cardio Sculpt: 

A 55 minute workout that incorporates the best of both worlds: cardio AND strength! Begin with a body weight cardio section that focuses on movements designed to be low-impact and fun! Next, move to the resistance cardio section that still has you moving, but now with light hand weights and a small resistance band around your legs.  Finally, finish the class with some strength exercises that are designed to hit all the major muscle groups. This is a format you’re sure to love!

Cardio Sculpt Express: 

A 30 minute version of your favorite Cardio Sculpt class!

Cardio Strength Intervals: 

A 55 minute class that takes you through mini circuits with 2 exercises in each: one cardio movement, and the other strength. Work interval times range from :30 up to :90 and challenge you to find your endurance!

Cardio Tabatas:

**A 20-30 minute class for those who love high intensity! Using the Tabata method (:20 work interval, :10 rest interval, repeat 8 times), we work to elevate the heart rate, increase your athleticism, and make you S-W-E-A-T! **A baseline level of fitness is highly encouraged to participate in this class

Core20: 

A 20 minute class that targets the abdominals, low back, and lateral trunk muscles.  Strengthening this area of the body can work to improve your posture, breathing, and prevent injuries. A quick, but efficient core workout!

FitFlow: 

A 55 minute workout that includes yoga, strength exercises, and short cardio intervals.  This class is a total body workout designed to lengthen and strengthen muscles, improve balance, and challenge the cardiovascular system. Ideal for all levels & guaranteed to make you sweat!

FitFlow Express: 

A 30 minute version of your favorite FitFlow class!

Instructor's Choice Cardio: 

A cardio-focused workout hand-selected by your instructor that will offer variety each week! These workouts will definitely increase your heart rate and make you sweat, all while improving your cardiovascular strength & endurance. Everything from cardio kickboxing, to high intensity interval training, and everything in between. Show up ready to move!

Strength, Core, & More:

A 45 minute workout that incorporates traditional strength exercises, as well as functional movements to help improve your overall physical strength.  Unilateral and bilateral movements, pulsing, and isometrics will all be utilized o get the most out of the muscle. Focus will be given to core specific exercises, as well as overall head-to-toe conditioning. Leave this class feeling accomplished and stronger!

Sunrise Stretch: 

A 55 minute opportunity to wake up, stretch, and start your day in a positive way!  In this class, we’ll move through some slow yoga sequences, hold various stretches, and end feeling longer and stronger. Take the time to give your body what it needs!

Tabata Tone:

A 45 minute workout that combines the intensity of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) with the toning benefits of a Butts & Guts class.  The :20 Tabata exercises focus on increasing the heart rate and improving your cardiovascular system, while the :90 Butts & Guts exercises focus on shaping and strengthening the glutes and abdominals.  This class will give you more bang for your buck, and leave you feeling exhausted yet energized. Please note that a baseline level of fitness is encouraged to participate in this class.
