Virtual Fitness Membership: Virtual Workouts, Exercise classes
Here at Creekside Performance Center, we offer our patients a wide variety of ways to stay healthy and active. Our virtual classes are instructed by our very own fitness professional, Charity Wolf. These on-demand fitness classes feature formats from kickboxing to yoga, and everything in between! We offer over 175 classes within our on-demand virtual fitness library that can be accessed anytime, from anywhere. Our virtual fitness subscription is just $20/month, and can be customized to add in personalized coaching, nutritional counseling, and in-person fitness training.

Fitkits Available For Purchase
To get the most out of your virtual workouts, it is highly recommended that the following equipment is purchased: Yoga mat, Set of light dumbbells (2 to 4 Lbs), Set of medium to heavy dumbbells (8+ Lbs), Mini-band, Glider discs, and Jump rope. For your convenience, we have assembled "Charity's at-home FitKits" that are available for purchase and can be picked up at our location, or delivered to you within a 50 mile radius. These are perfect to purchase for yourself, or as a gift to get a loved one started on the right track towards better health.

Virtual Fitness Class Menu
Introducing the fierce & fiery combo of boxing and tabata intervals! Work through 4 min tabata intervals of :20 work/:10 rest to drive the intensity, then keep the adrenaline pumping with 4-6 minute intervals of fun, easy-to-follow boxing combinations. Box-Bata is sure to be your new favorite fitness format!
Butts & Guts:
This workout brings the focus to the glutes & abdominals. Exercises focus on single and pulsing movements in order to get the most out of the muscle! You’re sure to love this format...and feel it tomorrow!
This workout incorporates traditional kickboxing movement like punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and more! Learn about stances, visual targets, aiming points, guards, and blocks in this high-energy, music-driven workout. Work through short combinations to challenge your heart rate as well as your coordination. No previous kickbox experience necessary.
Cardio Kickboxing Express:
A 30 minute version of your favorite Cardio Kickboxing class!
Cardio Mash Up:
A workout that combines 3 of your favorite class formats: Cardio Kickboxing, Cardio Sculpt, and Cardio Tabatas. After warming up, enjoy 10-15 minutes of each format, followed by a cooldown and stretch. An opportunity to step out of your comfort zone and get FIT, FAST!
This workout will have you REVVED UP! Small bouts of low impact cardio exercise will be followed by a HIIT movement, progressively increasing in repetitions, until your maximum effort is achieved. This cardio-intense workout is both fun and challenging. Lower impact and lower intensity modifications will be shown to allow for all fitness levels to participate. Let’s REP UP!
This workout incorporates the best of both worlds: cardio AND strength! Begin with a body weight cardio section that focuses on movements designed to be low- impact and fun! Next, move to the resistance cardio section that still has you moving, but now with light hand weights and a small resistance band around your legs. Finally, finish the class with some strength exercises that are designed to hit all the major muscle groups. This is a format you’re sure to love!
Cardio Sculpt Express:
A 30 minute version of your favorite Cardio Sculpt class!
Cardio Strength Intervals:
This class takes you through mini circuits with 2 exercises in each: one cardio movement, and the other strength. Work interval times range from :30 up to :90 and challenge you to find your endurance!
**This class is designed for those who love high intensity! Using the Tabata method (:20 work interval, :10 rest interval, repeat 8 times), we work to elevate the heart rate, increase your athleticism, and make you S-W-E-A-T! **A baseline level of fitness is highly encouraged to participate in this class
A 20 minute class that targets the abdominals, low back, and lateral trunk muscles. Strengthening this area of the body can work to improve your posture, breathing, and prevent injuries. A quick, but efficient core workout!

Move around the room in this circuit-style class. The instructor will walk through and demonstrate all of the exercises before the class begins, as well as help critique and improve technique throughout class. You’ll be coached throughout each station, and challenged to redefine your self-imposed limitations.
Work to build your cardiovascular stamina with endurance intervals ranging from 1:00, all the way up to 5:00. This format has the flexibility to change and evolve from class to class, but the focus on building your aerobic foundation will remain constant. Remember, “if you want to go fast go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”
EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute):
Get ready to focus in on your workout with this unique style of training. The instructor will motivate you through a specific number of repetitions of a selected exercise(s) at the top of each minute, and whatever time you have left until the next minute, is yours for rest. EMOM is fun, challenging, and works to build cardiovascular strength and improve heart rate recovery. See ya in a minute!
This practice combines yoga, strength exercises, and short cardio intervals. It is designed to be a total body workout that lengthens and strengthens muscles, improves balance, and challenges the cardiovascular system. Ideal for all levels & guaranteed to make you sweat! FitFlow Express: A 30 minute version of your favorite FitFlow practice!
Instructor’s Choice Cardio:
What’s the cardio flavor of the week? Show up and experience some heart-pumping fun with your fitness instructor. Class will include any combination of current cardio formats such as Tabatas, HIIT, Kickboxing, EMOM, or Low-impact aerobics, etc.
“Climb” the pyramid and improve your fitness level with this cardio/strength fusion interval style class. This format features 3 exercises per “pyramid” in intervals of 15 seconds up to 1:00 in length. 15 second recoveries are provided after each work interval to ensure that you’re ready to go for the next challenge!
GET YOUR FIX with this quick and efficient use of 15 minutes! Each class will focus in on 1 specific body region or fitness goal, such as “Quick Fix – Upper Body” or “Quick Fix – Cardio.” Don’t be mistaken…just because it’s shorter does not mean it’s easier! Get your 15 minute quick fix, or stack classes to extend the workload. Your goals…your choice!
Strength, Core & More:
This class combines the discipline of strength training alongside the importance of core training. Work through multiple sets of both single joint and multi joint exercises to allow your muscles to adapt and grow. Wondering what the “more” is for? Show up to class and find out! This could be anything from an EMOM, to a Tabata, or a wall sit challenge. This workout will leave you feeling pumped up and stronger than you started.
This class combines the revved-up heart rate training of Cardio Tabatas, with the glute and abdominal focused toning of Butts & Guts. We alternate between intervals of Tabatas (:20 work interval, :10 rest interval, repeat 8 times) and intervals of strength to target, tone, and shape the muscles of the glutes and core. This class format combines the best of cardio AND strength to get you the most out of the time you put in. Get ready to S-W-E-A-T!
Total Body Blast:
Work to strengthen your entire body with the use of dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight training. This class focuses on compound strengthening exercises that include multiple joint, functional movements. Occasional “blasts” of higher intensity intervals will be incorporated in order to drive the heart rate and the muscle burn. 30 minutes of solid, focused work. Are you in??
A FREE INTRO class for those who have never participated in a TRX class before. This class is REQUIRED before attending the other TRX class options offered at CPC.
**This quick and fun class keeps you on the TRX suspension training straps the entire time. Challenge yourself to improve core strength, balance, and coordination. **Completion of TRX 101 class is needed to participate in this class.
TRX Full Body Fit:
**This class incorporates the TRX suspension trainer, as well as many other training tools such as the BOSU trainer, SlamBall, Stability Ball, Jump Rope, Resistance bands, and Dumbbells. You’ll feel like a kid at recess time with how much fun you’re having during this full-body cardio and strength focused workout. **Completion of TRX 101 class is needed to participate in this class.
Upper Body Blast:
Work to strengthen your upper body with the use of dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight training. This class focuses on functional strengthening exercises that include pushing, pulling, rotating, and planking. Occasional “blasts” of upper body high intensity intervals, pulses, and isometric holds will be utilized to get the most burn out of those biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, back, and core!
