Virtual Workouts

Here at Creekside Performance Center, we offer our patients a wide variety of ways to stay healthy and active.  Our virtual classes are instructed by our very own fitness professional, Charity Wolf.  For just $60/month, you are able to take part in these classes and get one step closer to reaching your goals.  If you'd like to preview a class for free before purchasing the package, scroll down to view previous recorded classes. 

Here are just a few benefits of taking part in virtual fitness classes:

-You don't have to wear a mask while working out

-You get to be in the comfort of your own home
-It is more affordable than a gym membership
-You receive accountability and encouragement through community
-You are able to enjoy a wide variety of workout formats to prevent workout boredom or plateaus

AUGUST virtual class schedule (begins 8/3):

  • Mondays @ 6:15am is FitFlow
  • Wednesdays @ 6:15am is Butts & Guts
  • Fridays @ 6:15am is Cardio Tabatas + Group Strength

All class descriptions can be found on our website, under the More>Fitness classes tab.  All virtual classes are 45 minutes in length and are featured on Facebook LIVE.  Participants are able to login live and perform the workout, or complete it up to 1 week after it has been posted. 

To get the most out of your virtual workouts, it is highly recommended that the following equipment is purchased: Yoga mat, Set of light dumbbells (2 to 4 Lbs), Set of heavy dumbbells (8+ Lbs), Small circle resistance band, Jump rope.
